I faced one of the toughest seasons of my life: going through a divorce, becoming a single mom, and struggling with homelessness. It was a time filled with uncertainty, but I was determined to create a stable future for myself and my child. Every penny mattered, and I quickly realized that if I didn’t take control of my finances, I wouldn’t be able to build the life we needed.During this time, I turned to God for strength and guidance. Prayer became my refuge, and budgeting became my practical tool to move forward. With hard work, perseverance, and faith, I was able to save enough to secure an apartment and slowly rebuild our lives. Through it all, God showed me that even in our struggles, He provides a way.People often ask me, “How did you manage to do it on your own?” My answer is simple: I budgeted. But more than that, I trusted God and took practical steps to be good stewards of what I had. And it’s through this faithfulness that I was able to move forward.Sevenfold Creations was born out of this journey. It’s my way of sharing the budgeting tools, systems, and resources that helped me regain control and find stability. I believe that when we honor God with our finances, He blesses us in ways we could never imagine. The name “Sevenfold” is inspired by the Bible.Just as I was blessed sevenfold for my faithfulness, my hope is that Sevenfold Creations will help others do the same—taking practical steps to manage their finances, while also trusting that God will provide.
